Students will use TinkerCAD to create custom 3D creations like fidget spinners, maze puzzles, and more. Learn the fundamentals of 3D modeling while watching your digital designs come to life on a 3D printer. One print will be mailed home. This program will teach you the knowledge and skills needed to give immediate care to an injured or ill person and to decide whether advanced medical care is needed. Upon successful completion, you'll receive an American Heart Association: Adult and Pediatric CPR, AED, First Aid certification card that is valid for two years. The certification will be emailed within a few days after completion. Turn loose colorful papers, paper punch holes of animals and plants, and stamps into a beautiful scrapbook. Must bring: 10-15 loose photos to add in your scrapbook. Please also bring your recipes or menus, tickets/wristbands, birthday cards, letters, post cards, program manuals, dried flowers or leaves, and notes. This touch/flag football league is a great way for your child to be introduced to the game of football! Your child will learn basic football skills like passing, running, and catching from the Apollo coaches and varsity football players. Following the skills session, players will compete in a game each Saturday. Each child will practice valuable life skills such as teamwork and sportsmanship in an enthusiastic learning environment. Beginner Pickleball LessonsWellnessPickleball is an exciting way to socialize, build new skills, stay active, and have fun. These beginner sessions will teach you the rules, proper form, and basic strategies of the game so you can feel confident stepping onto the court. You will also learn the etiquette of open play and have the opportunity to connect with other beginners. Participants are welcome to bring their own paddles or use the paddles provided. Beginner One sessions are designed for those who are new to pickleball and have little to no prior experience. Beginner Two sessions is for players who understand the basic rules, can maintain a short rally, and are ready to continue developing their skills. About the Instructor: With a passion for teaching, Mary Kelsey taught Physical Education in the Rocori School District for 37 years. She has extensive experience in paddle sports having played in the original Women's Tennis League as well as the upper levels of Women's Racquetball. Beginner Roller Skating Lessons at the Skatin' Place (Ages 5 & Up)Health & FitnessSkatin' Place teaches beginner skate lessons a few times each year. This program is 4 weeks long and is held Sunday nights 5:30-6:30 PM. All ages can join, but they usually see kids ages 5-12. Skatin' Place teaches through games the safety and basics of roller and in-line skating. Lessons are taught by SCAR Derby, your local roller derby team. Please note, your child may want to join our youth derby team after learning to roller skate. Lessons are intended for first timers, come 10-15 minutes early, and be ready to have fun! Bring to class: Water bottle, a helmet, wrist guards, knee pads and elbow pads, your own pair of roller skates. Skatin' Place sells a combo pack of wrist, knee, and elbow pads, if needed. Skatin' Place helmets are a bit expensive because they're top tier roller derby equipment; they'd recommend bringing your own bike helmet from home. Skates are available for rental for an additional charge (bring cash or credit card) of $5/pair (tax included).Fall 2026 -

We'll study the basics of punching, kicking, and striking with drills for balance, stability and body strength.
