In this online cook-along class, participants will learn two different techniques for pulling noodles by hand while preparing two classic styles of Biang Biang noodles and Lamian noodles. Biang Biang noodles will be transformed into a bold noodle salad tossed in chili sauce, while Lamian noodles become a comforting miso noodle soup. Participants will receive a list of ingredients and the full recipe five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation.
