The Art of Carnitas & Homemade Tortillas (Multi-Cooker recommended)

NEW!  Learn to make tender multi-cooker carnitas during this live online cook-along experience. Participants will also prepare flour and corn tortillas from scratch along with quick-pickled red onions. Participants will receive a list of ingredients five days prior to class to allow enough time for shopping and preparation. The full recipe will be sent out a few days after class. A stand-mixer with paddle & Dough hook attachments are recommended but optional.
