HERO SATURDAYS is a Workout of the Day class that is dedicated to memorializing military personnel or first responders. HERO WODs combine a physically demanding workout while emphasizing a strong sense of purpose and reflection. Come challenge yourself and build some camaraderie as you honor those that came before.

Join Sistersloom, 15 and 12 year old sisters, for this relaxed, and creative session where you’ll learn to design and assemble your own custom Heishi bead bracelets. Made from colorful, flat polymer clay discs, these polymer clay beads are perfect for creating everything from chic, minimalist bands to bright, personalized stackable bracelets. Whether you want to spell out your name, make matching friendship bracelets, or design the perfect accessory, this class will be a fun crating experience. Step back in time with a guided tour of St. Cloud's historic Foley Mansion, a stunning Richardsonian home built in 1897–1898 by lumber and railroad baron Timothy Foley. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places since 1978, this beautiful Victorian home has risen from the ashes of a debilitating fire and has been returned to its original grandeur. Your guide will take you through the restoration of the home as well as the daily living of the family in the Victorian era. After the tour, enjoy a lovely cup of tea, coffee or cider, and a delicious German style dessert. Starting November 1, the mansion will be beautifully decorated for Christmas. Handicap accessible for walkers and wheelchairs with a ramp and elevator.

At this class, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your singing skills! You can select holiday songs for your moment in the spotlight. Celebrate the season by singing festive holiday songs and enjoying a snack and refreshments. Dancing shoes are optional. Enter door 1.

Celebrate the holiday season by decorating holiday cookies, playing bingo for fabulous prizes and creating a special holiday craft. Enjoy one of your newly frosted cookies and a beverage as part of the party! Enter door 3.

Don’t miss a chance to play a holiday bowling game. Players receive printed Christmas tree bowling sheets with bowling terms on printed ornaments. When you get four ornaments in a row, it’s your turn to pick a prize! Tuition includes two games of bowling, shoes and prizes.

Kids will learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! Campers get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas for 40min-50min (no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on their own. They also might make horse treats, do a craft, and play games. And don't forget the time to meet and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! Campers are broken into smaller groups based on similar riding experience and age, which is perfect for both new and more experienced riders. Camps are held rain or shine. Proper attire includes sneakers or boots (closed toe with a heel), long pants and layers, depending on weather. ASTM/SEI certified helmets provided and required to be worn. Signed waiver forms are required and the link will be emailed to participants once they have registered for the camp. Bring to class: sunscreen, bug spray, water bottle, nut-free snack and lunch. Camp is located in Anoka, MN. PARENT Drop-off is at 9am and PARENT pickup is 3pm. Sorry we do not allow parents to stay for the day.

You will explore questions such as: How can I meet my nursing home goals? Is long-term care insurance right for me? What about home healthcare? Should I consider gifting money? Would I qualify for Medicaid? Does my current trust protect my assets and help avoid the nursing home? What is the 60-month claw back period? And what happens if my spouse goes into the nursing home and exhausts our money? Get answers to these questions and more, and learn how to create an effective plan to manage these uncertainties.

Interested in RC Cars? Want to try racing them on a track? Then come join us as we explore what makes them work and get to try them out. Participants will leave with a better understanding and get some time testing out their driving skills on a few different types of RC Cars. Participants can use RC Cars provided or use their own on approval. Students in grades K-1 need to have an adult present during the class. Enter door 1.

This hands-on class provides the opportunity for partners or close friends to learn basic techniques and experience some of the benefits of massage. Physician’s approval is requested if you have an upper back or neck injury. As this class involves learning massage techniques through hands-on practice, participants must sign up with a close friend or partner. Both participants must be registered.
