Youth and Adult Martial Arts (Ages 10 & Up)

Build confidence, focus, and discipline through the traditional Korean martial art of Soo Bahk Do! Students develop coordination, flexibility, and strength while learning practical self-defense skills and the values of respect, discipline, and self-control. Training includes stances, blocks, strikes, and forms taught in a supportive, goal-oriented environment. Soo Bahk Do provides lifelong benefits—improving physical fitness, mindfulness, and personal growth for participants of all ages. Loose clothing is recommended (no shoes or socks should be worn).
