Kid Soo Bahk Do (Ages 6-9)

This introductory martial arts class teaches young students focus, balance, coordination, and respect through the traditional Korean art of Soo Bahk Do. Students learn basic stances, kicks, blocks, and self-defense in a positive, structured, and fun environment. The class emphasizes courage, confidence-building, and following directions while developing early physical and social skills. No prior experience required. Loose clothing is recommended (no shoes or socks should be worn).
