It’s time to get off the beaten path and do some trail running! We will visit a different County/Regional/State park each session. Participants need to be able to run at least 2 miles continuously. (June Beginner and Intermediate Distance Running is a great way to get ready!) Some locations will include an opportunity to swim. Participants who choose to swim must wear a life jacket. Contact the coach if you need a life jacket. Practices will be in conjunction with the Apollo High School Cross Country Running team. Meet at door 11 @ Apollo.
