Tech Cross Country Summer Practice

Tech Boys & Girls Cross Country Summer Practice (grades 7-12) 

Open to incoming 7th - 12th grade Tech and South students.

Summer is a time for athletes to get stronger and build a running base for the fall.

Athletes of all experience levels are welcome!

The summer program is 100% optional.

Participation is encouraged to build relationships with teammates and a consistent work ethic.

Strength training during the summer, building up to the season, is important. Lift with Coach Kylie twice per week at 6:30am, then team run after lifting. 

Can't make the lift? Come at 7:15am for the team run.
