Apollo Football Youth Intro to Speed & Power (Entering Grades 4-6)

We will do football fundamentals and drills along with an introduction to speed drills, agility, and body weight training. Only future Northside football players (Westwood, Madison, Kennedy, Lincoln, Discovery, North). Enter door 11.
