Track & Field Camp (Entering Grades 4-7)

Does your child want to experience the fun sport of track and field? At this camp, they will receive instruction in all events of the sport including relays, high jump, long jump, shot put, discus, hurdles, sprints and distance running. Emphasis will be placed on fundamentals, participation and having lots of fun! This class will include four practices the first week and two meets the second week. A t-shirt will be provided (please indicate Youth S, M, L, XL or Adult S). Apollo Head Track & Field Coach Justin Darrow and Cathedral Head Track & Field Coach Rick Fleege will be the lead instructors. More detailed information will be given at the first class. Bring to class: plenty of water.
